YAYYY I’ve finally worked up the courage to write my own blog. For whatever reason you came to read this blog I want you to know 1 thing... I APPRECIATE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU.
I ULTIMATELY want to write the blog and share and start answering your personal questions publicly – I get sooo many of the SAME questions asked. So rest assured you’re not the only one a bit BOLD enough to whisper (or slid in my DMs) asking, “How can I get my booty like that?” or “Just teach me that [insert yoga pose], how long will it take me to know that?” With that being said I need YOU, send me your questions, comments and ideas- here there really is no such thing as a STUPID question ... well... maybe ... but we'll keep those between us LOL.
BARE WITH ME … this is my first blog and first attempt at doing any type of continuous written publication. My hope is that I will be posting weekly and pairing it with a related YouTube video. So subscribe to my YouTube page BoldNFit.
The blog will primarily focus on aspects of YOGA & POLE including various FITNESS & NUTRITION information as well as include other aspects that promote and support overall MIND & BODY HEALTH that provide benefits to both men and women.
In addition I will be using this blog to track my own personal progress in certain areas of mind and body health. Therefore I will be posting before and after, challenges and much more! This is to give you a first-hand testimonial of practice, dedication and commitment and the benefits (and consequences) of it all.
